"J’aime mon quartier – Travail communautaire", an initiative spearheaded by the Association for the Support of Migrant Workers (ASTI), in collaboration with the Syndicat d'Initiative Eich-Dommeldange-Weimerskirch (local interest syndicate), and with logistical and financial support from the City of Luxembourg and support from the Ministry of Family Affairs, Integration and the Greater Region (Ministère de la Famille, de l'Intégration et à la Grande Région), will be offering monthly language cafés at the Drescherhaus Cultural Centre in Dommeldange.
Anyone who is interested can come and learn and practice speaking different languages in a casual, laid-back setting and make new friends with people from diverse backgrounds. In each conversation group, learners will get to speak another language: French, German, English, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Luxembourgish, and many more. These events are an enjoyable activity where participants can practice and hone their language skills in an informal, non-school environment.
